Now the thing which arises in my mind how to develop patience in ourselves.

 7 tips to develop patience in ourselves.

1) practice mindfullness-be in the present moment , without judging.So i would suggest my readers that to live in the present moment without judging anyone will help you to live in the present moment then e  with patience .

Also we live in the present moment then the chances are high that we will develop high patience.

Also when it is highly said in hindi"agar laani ho duniya mein kranti , toh pehle laao mann mein shanti.

"

Also so i am focusing on that thing only.

All in all the thing which could have been possible.

2)Also practice accepting your current circumstances.

The above line means we should aways practice accepting our current circumstances.

which elaborates too whatever the circumstances may be in our life we should always accept the circumstances and  judge anyone around us for that particular circumstances in our life.

Also that particularly means whatever maybe our circumstances try to adjust in that only.

Also the fact that the thing when you start accepting your current circumstances.

Also the thing which it could have been possible.

All in all the thing which could have been possible.

3)Actively build a tolerance for being  a bit uncomfortable.

the above point means that one should build actively a tolerance for being uncomfortable in life.

All in all the things which could have been posssible.

Also the factors which actively built a tolerance for being a bit uncomfortable.

Also the facts that the thing which could have been possible.

4)When you are feeling rushed consciously slow down.

So above point means that whenever you feel rushed that it is the time you should consciously slow down.

Feeling rushed means that once you are start feeling bitterly rushed up that is the time which is considered to be time to feel slow down.

All in all i believe that noone feels rushed until one feels consciuosly slow down.

Although the factors which makes us impatient are our eating habits.

5_) be playful.

The above point means always be busy in playing a particular sport.Also keep your mind busy in playing a particular sport.

Like if you playing cricket, football, boxing( the sport which i love the most )

are often loved by me.

Also the factors that the thing which could be possible.

Be playful also means have a sportsmanship spirit .

All in all the thing which attracts me the most is that self believe also self courage are the factors which play a soulful factors in life.

All in all the thing which could have been awesome.

Also being playful is considered to be dedicated to be rightful in its own ways.

Even if some situations come in against our favours then life is awesome still.

All in all the thing which could have been possible in a sportsmanship spirit.Also the factors which could have been in a playful soul isy patiece  always enjoyful in life.

6)    Let it feel broken

even nobody is making you impatient.

" i lost my patience because he is not listening"

" i lost my patience because she is taking too long"

"i lost my patience because the situation is too much frustating."

most of us have said these lines ever in our life.

But like i reflected in this article about anger,nobody but ourselves our at the helm of our emotions.

No body but ourselves can make loose our patience.

Sure but there are being only against or favourable motions in life.

but how we respond to them is always and have been upto ourselves in our life.

Infact it is upto us how we respond to other people who try to make ourselves impatient.

And it always depend on us how to respond to the people who try to make us impatient.

7)Patience is not about bottling up your emotions.

Don't get me wrong i am not saying to suck it up but i would say not to put a strained smile no matter what happens to us.My idea of patience is not about bottling up our emotions or bottling it up myu emotions or being a doormat on whom anybody can put there  feet on.

Infact bottling up our emotions can be counter-effective , to ou patience building efforts.

I tried doing it for a while and it just made my eventual burst of emotions that much more explosive.

Instead,i believe a morev healthy way of handling our impatience is to become aware of our emotions .) " for example ( " i becoming restless while being stuck in a trafficjam") and let them out in s more producd huingy tive ways.( " let's groove on some songs(good tunes) on spotify.!

Be aware of your impatience triggers 

Thefirst thing to become aware about the factors which makes you more impatient.

What are the things which particularly get you impatient .

Do you have  moments in a day where your patience level is extrfemely low.

For example when you just woke up and when you feel angry and hungry, or near the end of your workday or when you are at end the end of youe work day or when you are hungry.

create plans on how you will cope with triggers ??

Now that when you have a list of impatient triggers , you can start creating contingency plans on how you can cop when a trigger starts coming up.

like when someone abuses me i would not react to them and just count to 10, backward and cut the phone call in between.

For example if someone repeatedly interrupts me in the middle of the conversation , that really irritates me. Instead of myshowing anger in an unproductive manner ( not saying anything in an unproductive manner.Not saying anything until i walk away and not saying anything to the person.

I would speak up to that person to not tpo talk in between when i am talking and stop him politely that i am saying stop when i am alredy talking to someone else.

Do these activities to increase patience
