All about the hero (ISL ) Indian super league.

Considering the fact that ISL is a great league for all the football players
 or the young talent of fotball across entire India.
As the sixth season of the Hero Indian Super League (ISL) kicks off this weekend,
football fans are looking forward to witnessing some high-quality, high-octane action on the field.
But how does this tournament impact football in India?
Does it serve as the launch pad for young talent and help to foster football development in smaller cuities and
towns?
We spoke to former footballer and ISL brand ambassador Baichung Bhutia about his views on what makes the ISL so special.

Writing this article just after the completion of the third season of the Hero India Super League,
I think it’s safe to say that this tournament has become one of the most anticipated events on the Indian football calendar.
It’s also undeniable that it has brought football to more people across India than ever before, and not just the fans who are watching matches live or in person but also those who are streaming them live on their phones and computers.
However, does this mean that the ISL is actually good for football in India?
And what about its clubs? Are they truly giving something back to their communities?
After the opening match of the Indian Super League between Atletico de Kolkata and Mumbai City FC, fans were left wondering whether India’s first-ever domestic football league would be good for the game in the country.
Over the next couple of months, as more teams play matches,
we’ll start to find out whether it helps develop young talent across India
and gives national team players valuable experience playing at home.
Ultimately, though, it’s up to all fans of Indian football to make sure that the league succeeds by coming out to watch matches
and supporting their favorite teams.
